When will my order ship? 

All products require 2 - 3 business days to print and manufacture before shipping. Products will ship from the manufacturing facility, located nearest to your destination address. 
Please note that we need the time mentioned above to actually print, assemble, and package your order. Everything is printed and manufactured "on demand". We don't have any pre-made products in stock.

 What is your cancellation/return policy? 

Please check our return policy. 

If you're not happy with a purchase that you made on Ralufineart.com, for any reason, you can ask for a refund within 30 days of the order date. Check our refund policy for more details. As soon as the package arrives, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price. Please note that we not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.


 Where is my order? 

As soon as your order ships, we will send you an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number included in the e-mail. We send the e-mail to the e-mail address that you provided when you placed your order. 

How long is the transit time to my city? 

The products are shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS or DHL depending on the destination. 
The manufacturing facilities are located in five different countries (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Netherlands). Your products will ship from the facility that is nearest your destination address. The transit time to your destination will depend on your location in the world and the location of the manufacturing facility. 


Do you offer free shipping? 

Shipping is never actually free but we may run from time to time free shipping promotions. 


What happens if my order is damaged during the shipping? 

We refund you !

The best efforts are done to package your order so that it arrives in perfect condition. Unfortunately, we can't control the UPS / FedEx / DHL delivery drivers who will be handling the order along the way.

Can i hang my prints outside? 

Yes, you can hang your prints outside. However do not hang them anywhere where they will be exposed to direct rain.

The "hardiest" products for outside used are metal prints and acrylic prints. Both products do not use any paper or canvas, and as a result, moisture is not an issue.

 

Can i hang my prints in the bathroom? 

Yes you can hang your prints in a bathroom. Just make sure that they're not exposed to direct spray from the shower.

The "hardiest" products for bathroom used are metal prints and acrylic prints. Both products do not use any paper or canvas, and as a result, moisture is not an issue, at all. 

Framed prints and canvas prints will work fine in a bathroom, as well. Just make sure that you're not exposing them to prolonged periods of high moisture from long, hot showers.


Do you use an UV protectant to protect your prints? 

All canvas prints, framed prints, regular prints (rolled in a tube), and greeting cards receive a UV protective coating. 

Metal prints and acrylic prints do not receiving a protective coating.
