Returns / Refunds

Our Refund Policy applies to all purchases made online at www.ralufineart.com  

Our policy lasts 15 days. If you are not happy with your purchase made on RaluFineArt due to a defect in quality, you can return the product you have bought within 15 days of the order date providing the proof of the defect. Please be informed, RaluFineArt does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges. 

If you simply changed your mind, we do not provide refunds. RaluFineArt, at its absolute discretion, reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for a change of mind. 

If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards (if offered)

To complete your return, we require a receipt of proof of purchase and a photo of the product.

In case you would like to return your product (within 15 days period), please do send an email to info@ralufineart.com with your request mentioning in the title 'return-your name and order number'. Attach the receipt or proof of purchase in your email and a photo of the product and the original package.

We will get back to you via email with the RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION label generated for you to be able to return your product. Be sure to have RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION label to the outside of the box when you ship back the order. 

As soon as the package arrives, a full refund for the purchase price will be issued in your favor. 

There are no refunds granted for:
-  Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not replace items. If the product purchased has quality problems due to our error, the purchase price will be refunded to you if the refund request is received within 15 days from the order date. Once we have given you the approval for the return, you could re-order the same item. 


Shipping
To return your product, you should have received the RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION label from us via email with all the instructions for shipping.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund it will be only for the product price. 

RaluFineArt is committed to protecting your personal data. The information collected during all this process will be securely stored for a certain period of time. The data may be used for fraud protection activities as required by law. 

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
