My love for Southern living
Busy times kept me away from my blog but now I wanted to drop in for a little story about my love for southern living here in this part of the world in Europe. Some of you might not know that one of my great great parents was Greek and I have always been attracted by and loved this beautiful country. Greece has always been a paradise with its turquoise waters, amazing islands and their beaches, the delicious traditional food and much much more. In this part of the world during one of my holidays I found Balos lagoon beach one of the most amazing places in Crete.
Balos lagoon beach has white and pink sand and crystal water and it gives you the impression you are on a Caribbean island. This lagoon is located in a beautiful bay, the water is crystal clear with nuances of turquoise color. There is nothing on the beach, no restaurant, no hotels only some sun beads, you and the nature. To reach there you need to park your car on top of the hill and then take the stairs (more than 100 stairs) to reach this amazing place.
Inspired by this natural beauty and magical view I turned on my camera and immortalize the moment. If you follow my blog and the story of my brand you know by now that initially I started to create my scarves from my photos.
A moment like this helped me realize I want to share this beauty with the world hence 'Beach Dreams' scarf was born, made of habotai silk, featuring vibrant colors and patterns of that beach. Isn't it a beauty?
The scarf is ideal for spring and summer chills; it is delicate, it has an unique softness and it feels comfortable on the skin.
It is an absolute hit among RaluFineArt scarves collectors, a best seller and by the way almost gone. Still few pieces available in my shop if you want to catch one. As the stock is going low shall I make more? Just drop me a line and let me know.
Last summer in July 2021 this scarf was showcased during the Feeric Fashion week show and featured in several magazines like Schon magazine, Assure magazine, L'Officiel, ID-Vice Italy. To my delight the scarf has been styled by Ovidiu Buta for AList Magazine and recently published. I am thrilled to share all this with you.

As Anna Wintour said once: 'Create your own style.....let it be unique for yourself and yet identifiable for others'. Let's face it, you can never have too many scarves and that's why I love making them. Don't forget to look at my new models that just dropped in my shop: 'A day in Paris', 'Exotic Birds' , 'African Splendor' and 'Yesterdays' scarves.
Till next time
Hugs from
